Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags still intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shine.and.chic2023@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return in your message. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any taxes paid. We also do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds may take up to 15-30 days to be processed, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items
